Please note:

a) We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all requests of absence.

b) Routine appointments should be made out of school hours and will automatically be unauthorised.

c) No more than one day of absence will be authorised for a Religious event.

d) Holidays are generally not authorised, however a leave of absence form must be completed for safeguarding traceability and showing your commitment to return.
